Change of owner of shares by inheritance - registration

Dear shareholders.

If you acquired share certificates issued by the company Železiarne Podbrezová a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) by inheritance (in inheritance proceedings), you should request the Company to register a change in the person of the shareholder in the list of shareholders. You prove the given change with the original or a certified copy of the valid resolution (decision) on the inheritance and the original of the share certificate/certificates.

You can submit the application, together with the attachments (inheritance resolution and share certificate), in person or send it by post to our address. (The signature on the application does not need to be officially certified if the original or certified copy of the resolution on inheritance is attached to the application, or if you submit the application in person.)
